Where we are
The platform is built and tested. What stands between the demo and a live pilot is setup: the domain, email sign-in, a production database, data protection paperwork and a live payments test.

The stages
From demo to pilot
The platform is built and verified. We are completing the setup for launch.

- • Data protection impact assessment, privacy notices and data agreements
- • A live payments test and a separate account for money held for students and partners
Friendly pilot
A first cohort of students who already know us, at London South Bank University and a second London university.

- • 4 campus vendors and 2 sponsors
- • 10 staff mentors and approvers
- • Free for universities, and always free for students
Full pilot
A university department and LSBU take the pilot to 500 students.
- • 500 students by June 2027, with 8 vendors and 4 sponsors
- • Student ambassadors and referrals on each campus
- • A pilot evaluation, published with our university partners
- • University membership opens in August 2027
Integrated blockchain
Switched on only after the pilot and a clean security audit, so a delay never holds students up.
