Contribio belongs to its members, not to outside shareholders. Here is how universities, employers, funders and supporters can help us run the pilot and grow.
How the money works
Students never pay to take part. We keep three kinds of money apart.
Co-op revenue
University membership from August 2027, and small fees from sponsors, vendors and employers. Prices are set at cost and agreed each year by members.
Money held for others
Reward pools, sponsor budgets, vendor bonuses and student balances. Held 1:1 in a separate account, reconciled daily and never counted as co-op income.
Funding
Pilot contributions, grants and community shares carry the co-op until membership covers its costs.

Become a pilot university
A pilot contribution and a department reward pool. In return, free use during the pilot, co-authorship of the evaluation, a seat on the Consortium Council and a founding membership rate.
